The UFC has released the schedule for the remainder of 2018. The next UFC event in China will take place on 24 November.

There was speculation from many at UFC Singapore in June that another China event was in the works. When Li Jingliang took the microphone after decisioning Ukyo Abe, he asked to be put on “the November card in Beijing”.

Sources close to the UFC have mentioned Beijing as a likely venue.

Asia MMA reached out to the UFC for confirmation. Details about the location and venue will be announced in coming weeks.

This will be the first UFC appearance in Mainland China since its inaugural Shanghai event in November of last year. Three events have been held Macau.

UFC overseas events this year also include a breakthrough into Russia with Moscow on 15 September, Sao Paolo and another South American city, twice in Canada and finally Adelaide in Australia.
