Chinese MMA veteran Song Yadong will make his UFC debut this weekend when he steps into replace an injured Pingyuan Liu.
Pingyuan was scheduled to face Bharat Khandare on the undercard of UFC Shanghai, but suffered an injured and has been forced to withdraw.
The 20-year-old Song (10-4) is no stranger to the cage and has competed with some of Chinas top promotions including RUFF, Kunlun and WLF.
He makes his UFC debut alongside fellow Chinese fighters Kenan Song, Yanan Wu, Yan Xiaonan and Wang Guan.
UFC Fight Night 122 is set for the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Shanghai where no.9 UFC middleweight contender Kelvin Gastelum takes on the recently dethroned middleweight champion Michael Bisping.
