After announcing its return to Manila last week, Brave Combat Federation has done a quick about-face and cancelled the event.
In an email, BRAVE said it had decided to postpone the 25 October event due to “unforeseen circumstances”.
It will instead shift its focus to Romania, where a show has been announced in partnership with Real Xtreme Fighting on 4 November in Bucharest.
The promotion said it remained commitment to the Filipino MMA scene and will make its return sometime soon.
A fight card for BRAVE CF 28 will be announced in the coming days.
BRAVE Combat Federation has held two events so far in Europe, with BRAVE CF 13 taking place in Northern Ireland and BRAVE CF 24 happening in London. This will be the first time that BRAVE has held an event in Eastern Europe.
