It was one of the nastiest, not to mention fastest, knockouts you’ll see in a while.
Sage Northcutt’s ONE Championship debut was cut short in dramatic style in Singapore on Friday night, after Cosmo Alexandre secured a nasty knockout just 29 seconds into their first round.
The former UFC star drew the experienced kickboxer in his first bout with Singapore’s ONE Championship.
Northcutt joined ONE with three straight wins in the UFC, but was unable to put his skill on display. The loss will no doubt be additional blow to his ONE Super Series ambitions.
The 37-year-old Alexandre is a decorated kickboxer who has faced the likes of Giorgio Petrosyan, Yodsanklai Faitex and Nieky Holzken.
“Good Boy” went hard and he went early.

Alexandre inked a deal with ONE Championship and made his debut in Manila last April.
With his win over Northcutt, he improves his MMA record to 8-1.
