DEEP Jewels Featherweight Champion Ham Seo-Hee is coming off another big win at last weekend’s ROAD FC 18 against Alyona Rassohyna. Now comes the announcement of her next title defense on November 3, 2014.

Champion Ham will face Saori Ishioka in a rubber match from their 6 year trilogy which started in SmackGirl and hit the sophomore outing at DEEP 52 Impact, in which both matches Ham was the winner by unanimous decision. Since then, Ishioka had a 2-year break to have a baby, with wins on either side by finishes, both arm bars, over Tomomi Sunaba in Pancrase and Satomi “Sarami” Takano at DEEP Jewels 4.

With a striking game from both sides – Ham in kick boxing and Ishioka in karate – plus some grappling and judo thrown in, both women have matured as fighters and should make this an exciting cap to a trilogy. However, Ham Seo-Hee at #3 in the world at her weight, likely holds onto the DEEP title a little longer before taking a shot at the big leagues.
