The main event for TOP FC 6: Unbreakable Dream on April 5, 2015 has been set between two UFC veterans Yang “The Ox” Dongi and Dennis “Superman” Hallman.

It has been confirmed through TOP FC president Ha Dongjin that Yang Dongi will be facing Dennis Hallman in the main event at TOP FC 6: Unbreakable Dream. This match will no longer be contested at light heavyweight but rather at a catchweight of 90kg.

Yang was supposed to face Japanese fighter Nakamura Yuta in a light heavyweight match. However, ROAD FC staff responded to media enquiries that a verbal agreement with ROAD FC had been made for Nakamura to compete on their May card. Therefore, last week TOP FC decided to cancel the match and find a replacement in an even more experienced opponent.

Dennis Hallman, 39, has been competing in MMA since 1996 and this will be his 73rd fight on his professional record. He is a pioneer of not only MMA, but also the sport of submission grappling.

“Superman” is well known for his ground skills which have garnered him 41 submission wins. He has beaten MMA combatants such as John Makdessi, Karo Parisyan, and Ben Saunders. His claim to fame, though, is being the only fighter to submit former UFC welterweight champion and UFC Hall of Famer Matt Hughes – twice.

Yang Dongi, 30, is returning to action after being out of competition for almost two years. He is a heavy-handed striker that has racked up 10 knockout victories.

This event will also feature the Lightweight Grand Prix Semifinals that will eventually determine the king of the division later this year. Kim Dong-Hyun (11-6-3) and Frank Camacho (15-2) will face off and in the other matchup Kang Jung-Min (6-5-2) and Hwang Gyo-Pyung (7-3) will go to war.
